Can I eat the Advantage Bars on Induction? and if so do I count the net carbs or the traditional carbs (carbs-Fiber)?
Also, I'm on day 13 of Induction... lost about 5lbs and at a stand still. Am I doing something wrong or is that normal? will weight continue to come off? I am doing everything by the book except for Caffeine.

    Re: stand still

For me, personally, I have done a lot of reading up on the atkins bars.

They stall some people, they don't stall others. While on induction I would avoid them but if you really want to see if they work for you - you may have to be willing to stall your weight-loss.

      Re: stand still

The bars are not induction friendly - they contain too many non induction legal ingredients.
Maybe give us a daily menu sample and we will be able to tell you what you can tweak if anything. As well as some stats - height - how much you have to lose etc.

However, it is not unusual to see a pause in loss second or third week - so hang in there.
