    Just got done with my weigh in for day 4 of Induction! Down 5 pounds to 204!!!!!
    Wooo hooo. That is too cool. Even if it is only from the added water intake! Hopefully I will have this same excitement this time next week!
    Glad you guys are here. This is only my second thread, but I have been reading through them all...big big help!

      I hear someone knocking on ONEDERLANDS door! Oh look, it's Stephanie! Great job Steph. Congratulations for the pounds gone forever. You're getting healthy, healthy, healthy! Here's some info I pulled from my journal for you regarding the importance to drinking water.
      Your body needs a steady flow of water in and out to effectively metabolize your fat. If the water gets dammed up in your cells, it will slow your metabolism and, therefore, your ability to burn fat. As if that wasn't the worst of it, it'll also leave you puffy and bloated!

        Thank you both so much for the encouragement! It does make you feel better about what you are doing in a BIG way to hear from others. And yes the "Onederlands" thing just cracks me up, but seems so great at the same time! Haven't been there in years and years and years.
        Love the water advice too! I was beginning to wonder if this "going" every twenty minutes was worth it or not...LOL...YES it is considering what you said it is doing for me!
        P.S. Consuming 102 oz per day...and missing it when I slack off at night already.
