  • 7 days of clean induction done!

Well, today marks a week for me!

I am have really enjoyed myself on this lifestyle - though I have notice it takes a lot more preparing and cooking but I am up for the challenge!

I am currently making cherry glazed pork chops with diet hansen's black cherry cola....made with splenda, no sodium and no caffeine! And they are making my whole apartment smell DEVINE!

    Anyway - I digress...

I have had my challenges this week such as hurting my back during my workout, craving a gallon of ice cream and cookies...but sitting down to my beautiful medium rare ribeye last night and feeling a few pounds thinner...I couldn't imagine eating ice cream.

I have made it 7 days and here is to a life time more!
    Love, Taylor

Sounds delish! I've never tired that before. You'll have to share how it turns out.

Great job making those choices. It's hard to do sometimes when we return to old habits, but it's worth it!

Keep up the great work. You're doing wondefully!
