i'm 19 years old turning 20 in Dec
my stats are 5'2' 121 lb
I'm a university student, so i spend most of my time sitting through lectures and tutorials
because of my bingeing, i've gained 10 lbs in 3 months. SIGHHH
i need to start afresh to lose the 10 lbs to 110lbs.
though my ultimate goal weight is 102lb. (so that means about 10-20lbs)
I need the support, because I'm afraid i'll go nuts on this diet and give up eventually..
I'll be updating everyday, so I hope you all can help me through this. and check back at this post!
i have some questions though, hoping you all can answer me:
1) I'm sick of counting calories, is it possible to not count calories for the moment, but just focus on keeping it within 20g carbs a day? however do note that i walk about 30mins 3days a week + 40min on the stationary bike 4 days a week
2) How much do you think i can lose per week?
another impt qns:
i don't cook, so basically i eat out.
on the Induction phase, can i eat foods like yakitori, BBQ chicken wings, roasted chicken, sashimi, etc.
what are some foods that can be found conveniently outside that is allowed?
