  • Atkins products during induction

I borrowed the Dr. Atkins' Quick and Easy New Diet Cookbook and Atkins for Life Low-carb cookbooks from the library. They use the Atkins Quick Quisine in many of the recipes that say they are friendly during all stages. Is that the going philosophy here? That if the Atkins' put it in a recipe book it's ok or do you guys recommend not using that type of product during induction? Thanks.
I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

I am not sure what is in Quick Quisine, but the rule applies for all foods - as long as the ingredients all appear on the list of induction-allowed foods then you should be OK.

So check the product's ingredients against the list.

If it contains milk, nuts, soy, wheat flour or other starches then it would not be induction-legal.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
