I used to like chopped olives mixed into cream cheese and eaten with either plain pork rinds, veggies or sliced turkey.

Devilled eggs are a good standby.

Cheese chips are too: Take cheese, put on wax or parchment paper, cook in microwave until crispy, about 1 minute.

I'm with Ante_up on the Deviled eggs, but turkey slices rolled up with a little salad and blue cheese dressing is yummy too, Pepperoni slices, Cheddar Cheese, cold roast chicken, hot wings, celery stalks, olives.

This thread is wonderful! I'll get some ideas from reading what all of you like to eat!

My favorite snack is my sodium platter: it consists of 14 slices pepperoni, an ounce of cheese, 10 green olives.

            I love it!

my favorite savory snack would have to be rolled up slices of beef or turkey with a little garlicked cream cheese. my favorite sweet snack is an ounce or 2 of cream cheese with a teaspoon of cocoa and splenda - takes just like cheesecake an no baking needed.
