    1st week done

i've completed a week on atkins. i don't know why i didn't do this sooner. oh yeah, i used to be an atkins detractor thinking that atkins was a one way trip to heart disease and death. now i know better. i'm down 7.6 pounds, i'm never hungry and i get to eat foods i love. and as much as i love coffee, some days i feel like i don't even need it. and my family is eating dinners that i make together which is something that we never used to do except for certain occassions. last night i made white castle cheeseburger pie which was a big hit. it really does taste like white castles! i'm definately sticking with atkins. it's the easiest way of eating for me by a long shot.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
