Let's try this again. We had a family member come to stay with us and decided for hospitality sake we'd "pause" the lifestyle change for the time being. HUGE mistake. I didn't realize all the good that was already taking place for me physiologically. Cocktails, wine, and pastas took me from feeling well nourished and energized to sluggish and irritable in less than 48hrs. Even worse, the small amount of progress I'd made in 4 days vanished. Never imagined I'd encounter and actually fall face first into such a huge pit fall so easily. Lesson learned, I suppose.
