Well, i weighed in today, as I said I would. Kind of surprised, kind of not.

I dropped my weight down to 103 lbs, so I've lost 5 pounds. I've only lost 1/2 an inch though for measurements.

On one hand, I'm glad i've lost weight, but I know that its mostly just water weight. I haven't lost any fat yet, if I had it would have shown in the measurments. So hopefully, when I re-weigh at day 14, there'll be more progress.

Just wanted to let y'all know!

one thing about that water loss that was your water and the doctor doesn't say when they weigh you okay I know you have X pounds of water in your body so I will just suptract theat from your weight and you now weigh only whatever the sclaes says minus those x water pounds.

Celebrate every pond you lose and don't worry about that it was just water as it is a scale number that will never be on you again if you do your Atkins proberly

          Happy low carbing.

Yes - find something that weighs 5 pounds and try carrying it around for a day and you will soon see how much you have lost.
Even if it is water weight that is 5 pounds your body doesnt have to lug around any more!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
