    Has anyone seen the new atkins website

    Can we have all the listed food such as chocolate granola, chocolate milkshake??

    only if you are following their version of things. on this site, we use and follow the 2002 edition of the book.

      The milkshakes and meal replacement bars marketed by Atkins Nutritional are affectionately referred to as frankenfoods here as they are made up of fake foods that pose as real food. They are typically frowned on here as many of us have found that adding those items to our diet have caused stalls or even some weight gain. As with most diets, wholesome, all natural foods typically yield better results. Of course, YMMV (your mileage may vary)...

        Thanks for the link though, I think I will try that Thai coconut soup recipe! (Yes, I am about to embark on nut rung.. coconut is a nut yes?) I have fish sauce in the fridge I gotta do something with!

          Yes some of those recipes are very interesting. I think I will try that cheddar cheese soup one day. But even with their recipes you have to be careful. They sometimes include ingredients we should not have on induction when following DANDR.
