You are allowed 3 servings of sweetener (from the list of allowed sweeteners) per day. One 'serving' of a sweetened drink is usually said to be 98 fluid ounces, so one 12 ounce can would equal 1.5 of your daily 3.
You need to check the ingredients to see what sweetener was used to decide if the drink would be 'legal'.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Diet Rite is made with splenda. It is DELICIOUS!!!! I allow myself one cup a day.
Seems to be working for me.
