  • Day 10 and still going strong!

I feel like I'm eating more food and it's so healthy!
The best part is that I have energy when I come home from work!! That is huge for me and the reason I started Atkins. By 4:00 I was done for and had nothing left to give my family.
I have a very busy physically and mentally demanding job, a large family and we are in the middle of trying to get our house ready to sell and building another house. Also my current kitchen is torn apart as our water damage is being dealt with and we are down to one bathroom. Did I mention I'm taking a university course also?
Anyway I need energy and Atkins in giving me that.
Day 10 of clean induction - I'm loving my olives and hot banana peppers in my salads Yummy!!

It's so encouraging to hear from someone who is "ahead" of me and doing well!

          Keep up the good work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
