    atkins bars & diet soda any tips

    Can I have 2 atkins bars in one day? Also, how many packets of sugar substitute should I count for a 20oz bottle of diet soda? Any suggestions??

    If you are in induction you should not have any Atkin products. If you have read the DANDR 2002 addition he doesn't mention nary an Atkins product on the induction menu.

    And 1.5 packets of sweetener count for a 12 oz. can of soda. So a 20 oz is 2.5 packets of sweetner or 2.5 carbs. You should limit your sugar subsitute to 3 packets a day.

      The bars all have ingredients that are not allowed on induction, so are better left till OWL when the ingredients would be allowed.
