Hi I am Mandie, 31 mom of 3, 4 months, 9 and 13 years.... I am a EMT and firefighter and my hubby and I leave for Key West Oct 26th and I want to look fantastic!!!
I have done Atkins in the past and lost alot! I stopped for the pregnancy and here I am again. For some reason it feels like it will be harder this time. I am currently 195 and my goal is 150 I may decide not to cheat even on vacation.
Any suggestions on snacks and meals welcome since it has been awhile!

So far today I had eggs and that is about it lunch is Kebalsa and Green Peppers..YUm Tonight for dinner is Chicken and London Broil and Green Beans..sound right?
