    Hello all! :wave
    I am restarting induction tomorrow after a 6 month Atkins hiatus.....dumbest thing I've ever done. I didn't lose much weight the first time around, but I now know that I was eating WAY too much and also eating too many frankenfoods. I felt great though! Now that I have gone back to a refined carbohydrate diet, I feel like CRAP! I'm depressed, my PCOS and fibrmyalgia symptoms are out of control...I even went so far as to attend a few meetings about gastric bypass surgery...ack. I feel worse than ever and can't wait to feel good again because of Atkins! I was a major lurker here the last time I tried Atkins, but this time I'd like to be an active participant on the board. The more support I have, the better! I look forward to getting to know you all!

    Welcome Hannah!

    Thanks for joining us. I'm also back, as of yesterday. I'm determined to do it right this time also. I'm doing a super clean induction for the next 14 days, and then I'll determine whether or not I'll stay on induction. I look forward to seeing your posts and getting to know you also.

            Dont be shy to post any questions. There are lots of members here doing it a second time round.

            Now you know the basics and are going to increase on your knowledge. Dont forget to drink up your water, count your carbs and eat till satisfied.
