Just Curious, but It would awesome to hear from all you ppl who have been on Atkins for some time now. ( 3+ yrs). Ppl on induction want to read about the success and maintanence of Atkins working longterm. (Keeping the weight off!)
Is there anyone who would like to give the newbies or someone who is struggling encouragement and advice. We all know that losing weight is the easy task for short term, BUT ITs KEEPING IT OFF that we all struggle with.
There are too many temptations out there!!

    Re: Atkins longterm Members

We have many longterm members here, both longterm ADBB posters (some of which have had problems keeping lost weight off - hence our Second Time around forum)and those who have been on Atkins a long time but may not have been members here for long, all of whom are happy to encourage and advise any newcomers.

So just post away with any questions and I am sure they will respond. Maybe the Main forum rather than this 14-day induction forum would be where they are more likely to read/post.

Many of their stories are posted in the thread 'Losers Lounge' and the 'Low Carb Success' forum as well as in the 'Atkins Diet for life' forum.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
