I am in the induction phase for 1 week now and have lost 3 lbs. I am in ketosis according to the strips but have not lost anymore weight for the past 3 days I have been the same. Any advice?

Don't weigh every day! Give your body a chance to catch up. If you are in ketosis, you are burning fat, it can't NOT happen. Focus on other things, how are you feeling? Did you find you are more energetic now? I always feel more clearheaded when I am off sugar, how about you? Keep drinking your water, and stay on course, and only weigh once a week at most!
