Walden Farms Products during Induction....

WOOHOO...Im actually on day 16 and have lost 12 pounds and have decided to say on induction til i drop at least 10 more.

I've come across Walden Farms products and although they have all these frees (carb free, calorie free, etc) are they okay during induction? In particular the marinara sauce, the pancake syrup, the chocolate syrup)...

I don't know what these products contain, so can't say if they are suitable or not, so all I can suggest is that you look at the ingredients to make sure they are all allowed on induction.

If you are not sure then you could list them here so others can help you decide whether to use them as part of your way of eating.
