I just finished day 9 of Induction!
I felt pretty bad during most of the first week (headaches & dizzy), but then towards the end of the week I started feeling better. And then today the most the most amazing thing happened. I started feeling hungry - and didn't have any headaches. I realized that I had become so accustomed to having hypoglycemia headaches almost all the time, that I had been eating when the headaches got bad, and not when I was hungry. I don't really remember feeling hungry in a long time (not like crazy hungry - just normal, I'm hungry it's time to eat lunch hungry). I feel so clear-headed now - I have not felt this way in a very long time. It is really quite wonderful!
