  • Fast Food - Induction Friendly

I was wondering if we can use this thread to list the major fast food restaurants and what can be ordered while on induction.

Firstly what are the major fast food chains:

    McDonalds
    Burger King
    Arbys
    Hardys
    Jack in the Box
    Popeyes
    KFC
    Long John Silvers
    Taco Bell
    Quiznos
    Subway
    Wendys
    Get the book:

Many of the chains have web pages where you can 'build your own menu' by selecting just the options you intend to order, which makes it easier to decide what to get.

Here is a thread with links to the nutritional info for many food outlets
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Some of us don't have Hardys/JackITB...

But Carls Jr has the 6 Dollar Low Carb Burger and it rocks. Just ask for no ketchup, add mustard.

      Yum.
