I completed my first round of induction on 9/14. It was a success. I am not sure how much weight I lost, but I can see a difference in the mirror, and being able to put on jeans I was flat out to heavy to fit into lately. I'm thinking of modeling for Jordache now, not.
Anyhow, I am not sure if I was ever in ketosis, so, I've bought Ketostix online, and I'm going to begin a new round of induciton on 9/17. I may/may not post more pics who knows.
One interesting thing about my induction diet is I would eat 20g's worth of lentils for my carbs. This time, I'm adding celery.
Exercise-wise, I was an animal, I've done literally a thousand hindu squats and I think 700 pushups in the last two weeks.
The best part is my confidence is going up and I'm happier thinner.
