  • Cordon Blue Love

Yup, I can have a healthy dosing of my fave Cordon Blue for breakfast!!! Who can do that? Atkins can do that, its like something finally went off in my head and I realized that if I cooked my favorite meat dishes I could make them quite friendly so:

Boneless Chicken Breast: pounded and oiled (olive and baked).
Swiss Cheese: the best I can afford and stuffed in chicken.
Ham: some for breakie and some as a divine surprise in cheese, in chicken.

This is a diet for the rich in heart, honestly nothing is more satisfying than a giant iceburg salad with this pleaser. Enjoy! Yummo!

    Sounds delicious
But do remember that on induction we are limited to 3 cups of vegetables only, so make that a small iceburg salad initially (to leave room for some other more nutritious veggies at other meals) then have a larger one when you move to OWL
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
