  • I am REstarting Atkins

    Hi all,
Its been a long time since I posted here. I love this board it helped me so much. I've successfully used Atkins to lose weight before. My most successful venture being in 03 when I lost 45 pounds in about 3 months. AMAZING. Since then I lost all control fo my eating again, regained 20 lbs and have been talking about starting again for at least six months!

But I am doing it today, come **** or high water. (actually lots of water, tee hee)

I'm hopeful and excited, I know if I committ to this I will reach my goals!

Thanks for your support. It helps knowing you are all out there struggling with me.

      You can do it

Welcome Back! I'd be interested to know why you chose to leave the lifestyle after you had achieved so much success.

Hi, mojo! I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting you. You're already doing snazzyola according to your pictures, and I look forward to watching you hit goal this year!
