  • I slipped up but am NOT giving up!!

    I had a rough second day and gave in to some excess carbs I am going to try again tomorrow and am going to do better. When you are used to carbs, it can be a tough challenge to give them up, but one I must do!!
    Started Again: 9-13-09
    SW - 224
    GW - 160

    1st Goal - 200 lbs met goal 10-10-2009
    2nd Goal - 190 lbs met goal 12-5-2009
    3rd Goal - 180 lbs
    4th Goal - 170 lbs
    Last Goal - 160 lbs

    Hi John,
    That's exactly what it take to be successful. Take one day at a time and try to put your best ATKINS foot forward each day. Get back up, dust yourself off, and move forward. You can do this!

      Good for you for deciding not to throw it all in, John.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
