  • Induction friendly? Or should i stay away?

    Hi everyone!
first id like to say how amazing this forum is! its so helpful, ive been on atins for 5 days and already 5.5 pounds GONE and i would of never gotten so far had it not been for all the post, tips etc on this site! Its great support!

So i have a question, yesterday i went to stock up on some more food and wanted some variety, so i saw the TOSTITOS spinach dip and south west dip..

I bought the south west one because theres less sodium than the spinach dip, but i havent eaten any cuz im not sure if its induction friendly...

I dunno if im being paranoid or if its okay to eat during induction? Has anyone heard about these? Any idea if i should just throw it out or do i go ahead and eat ? lol

    thanks !!

If it was me I'd give it away. Listed below are the ingredients:

Water, spinach, sunflower oil and/or canola oil, red bell peppers, water chestnuts, whey protein concentrate, and less than 2% of the following: onions, modified, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, natural flavor (including soy), lactic acid, vinegar, garlic powder, DATEM, yeast extract, sodium polyphosphate, monosodium glutamate, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, and citric acid.

There's a whole bunch of stuff that you can't eat on induction in the less than 2% section. I haven't looked yet, but you might find a recipe for induction friendly spinach dip (homemade of course) on the board or elsewhere.
