What a great analogy. I've learned soooo much from this website. When I feel like cheating, I just come and read a few posts, and it's helps keep me on target (I'm only on day 5 of induction). I have lost 5 pounds as of this morning- though it's probably mostly water, but it makes me feel good.

And as for your 47 years, I was 10 when you were born, but better late than never, right.
