    Atkins flu

    I am doing another round of induction, and today is day 2. I am definitely feeling the Atkins flu, which I didn't notice last time. I am hoping to have the life-altering weight-loss others have had during my 2nd induction. I'll keep you posted.

      Good luck, I'm also n day 2 of induction, and it's also my 2nd time around. I lost 60+ lbs last time, but managed to gain it back +10. Stick with it, I'm searching for recipes to add some variety.
