Well, my starting wieght was 188, and after by fortnight, I weighed in at 180. Not bad I guess, 8lbs is good. I just think I'm not feeling so good about it because at one point I had weighed in at 178.8, and then for some reason???
I finished off at 180, then this morning at 181?
What is going on- I just felt so good about being back in the 70s, that when I see the 80s again- I'm bummed out and really don't know what to think, or do.
I hope the gaining doesn't become a pattern. I think I will try induction again- what do you think???
