  • My Induction Results

    Hi,

Well, my starting wieght was 188, and after by fortnight, I weighed in at 180. Not bad I guess, 8lbs is good. I just think I'm not feeling so good about it because at one point I had weighed in at 178.8, and then for some reason??? I finished off at 180, then this morning at 181? What is going on- I just felt so good about being back in the 70s, that when I see the 80s again- I'm bummed out and really don't know what to think, or do. I hope the gaining doesn't become a pattern. I think I will try induction again- what do you think???

you only have 20 to lose.. you should move up the rungs.. believe it or not it could be that you are not getting enough food - try the first rung .. its just adding a wee bit more veggies (5g of carbs) you have so little to lose that your body needs to adjust...

My vote is to move up the ladder. Make sure you are getting your veggies in and drinking your water. Make sure you are not going over your allowances. Think back to the days you gained....did you have a high sodium day? Artificial sweetners? A new food? TOM? Exercising? All sorts of things can affect the scale. Take your measurements as they can be a better indication of how you are doing sometimes. It is known that sometimes you are losing inches even though the scale isn't moving. Stay strong. See you on the rungs!
