    UK ADBBers: Bachs Flower remedy

    Hello All

    Bachs Flower remedy

    Has anyone heard of these before? We can get them in the UK, which are really good as a boost every now and then. I cannot find any info on the carb value (if any). Does anyone have any info?

      What are they Sally? I have never heard of them, I am assuming they are frankenfoods????

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Hi Richt

        Bach remedys are wild flower extracts/essences such as hormbeam, elm, Olive, Oak, wild rose etc which are suspened in a grape alcohol base and are 100% natural.

        They come in a small bottle and you add a couple of drops into water or
        onto your tounge. So tiny quantities are used.

        The particular combination of flower essences used are meant to have a particular effect on the body.
