Is cream cheese ok to eat, even though there is a tiny bit of sugar in it? I bought the philedelphia brand, and it shows less than 1 gram per 1 ounce. Just curious, because I see alot of people using it.

Re: Cream Cheese
If you take about 2oz of it and mix in a pack of Splenda, it tastes a little like cheesecake and is quite good."I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phillipians 4:13)

Re: Cream Cheese
The sugar listed is probably the natural sugars that are in many foods. We do need to check the ingredients of any foods to make sure there is no added sugar/HFCS/fructose/corn syrup/glucose/molasses/other sugar aliases.
BTW we also count each ounce of cheese as one of our 20 net carbs, no matter what the actual count may be.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
