  • Ready to start again!

    Hi there everyone!
I last started this plan back in April this year, i lost 10lbs approximatley after 8-10 weeks.I did find it difficult to get past the Induction stage and started eating anything i wanted and gained all weight i lost back so started at 10st 6lbs and back to that weight.
I am so determined this time because i know i felt so much better when i lost the weight and had so much energy.
So this is day 2 and i am feeling ok so far.
Has anyone been where i am, losing weight then putting it back on and have you finally managed to do it this time? I have20lbs to lose

Be great to hear for anyone!
    Thank you
    Danielle

thats why the rungs are so important.... you go slowly and add 5g of carbs at a time in any particular catigory.. read the book or check out the OWL section here...

its slow and gradual adding until you find where you need to stop.. with only 20 lbs to lose you need to do the rungs..
