Special K protien water???

HI,
i found this Special k protien packets that you add to your 16 oz water bottle.....would that count towards your water intake? it only has 1 net carb.

No don't add that stuff to your water. Drink your water plain. You are on Atkins you do not need protein supplements in your water.

Here is the list of the ingredients in your "packet" You can see that there are induction illegal stuff in there such as soy. Also plenty of sweeteners (and you are limited to 3 a day)
