I don't think Dr A put a limit on eggs. But be aware that you need to be eating your 3 cups of veggies. 2 cups of those are salad veggies...any off the list...not just lettuce. I think 12-15 grams of carbs should come from the veggies. Eggs have a bit of carb to them...I am guessing at .7 but you can check at www.fitday.com to make sure. And then also your cheese has carbs and your salad dressing etc. You eat until you are full...not eat all you want.
If I am wrong on some of these facts someone will be along shortly to correct me.....LOL!!
You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
No...not as much as you like...but as much as you NEED. If you pig out and overeat you won't lose..even if it is legal stuff like eggs or cream or butter. While on Atkins you can eat more than you can on say a low fat diet you still need to use common sense. While you don't have to count calories...calories do count and many here do use www.fitday.com to keep track. Not only so we don't go to far over our BMR but because we do tend to experience appetite suppression and need to make sure we are eating enough. BTW..cream is limited.
