I would like to ask anyone this recipe i have seen been done in the microwave i find it gets very dried up so i changed it recently to making the mixture and then frying in butter on the pan does anyone think this is i ok as its just a different type of cooking method

if u cook a steak or any type of meat ina frying pan or roasting tray when its cooked take the meat out crack a few peppercorns into it if ur allowed a drop of brandy ignite (if ur not alklowed alchol dont use it so ) and add some cream let it reduce which i mean by that let it get thicker which it will and i promise u that u will not need any seasoning and the flavour will be awesome . more tips soon
