  • I fell of the wagon.....

    So here I am back on induction again.... Hopefully I can be a little stronger this time! *sigh*

    this is a learning process.. dont beat yourself up too hard .... we are all here to support you! great job for getting back on the wagon right away...

      Have you been able to work out what went wrong for you on previous attempts, Tissha?
      See if you can find a pattern in the W's (when, why, where, with whom).

      Working out strategies for dealing with the same situations might help you through this time

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        Thank you both! I think that my biggest challenge is sticking with it when I'm not seeing the scale move. I stay the same for a while and then I start beating myself up and then run right back to eating the way that got me to this weight.

          There is a no-scale challenge. Maybe it is for you. Helps to get a more healthy relationship with that nasty little measuring device
