I hopped on the scale to see 138 this morning. I haven't seen this number since I was about 5 months pregnant with my daughter. I don't have that much to lose so I didn't expect to lose this much the first week. I'm so excited and for the first time in a year, I feel like I may see my pre-pregnancy weight again, which was 117-118.

Wow....That is great! YOU GIVE ME HOPE for my first two weeks (two days in...). WOW! Do you notice a difference when you look in the mirror or with your clothing? That is A TON on a shorter person which I am assuming you are based on your pre-prego weight? I am 5'4 so I am thinking you must be shorter (or were really really thin!

Good job, you give me hope for when I start my Atkins adventure next week. I'm trying to get back my pre-pregnancy body. No more babies here.

Sorry I didn't see this until now. I'm about just a hair shy of 5'2, but I always judge everything (BMI and such) as being 5'1 because it gives me a little more challenge. I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I put on a pair of size 7 jeans and they were really loose. Stick with it!
