hope to keep losing slowing down

well, i hope i continue to lose. i am at 9 lbs right now which is wonderful! but i have been at 9 lbs for a few days... just gotta wait for that wooshie... bit i will sure feel better when i lose 11 lbs... why u ask because on every diet i have ever been on I have never lost more than 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started on sept 24th. so this is day 11!

Congrats on the 9 lbs... I am sure you will be so happy once you hit 11 lbs... and eventually enough to get to your goal weight! Good luck
