I didn't get my induction headache until about 10 days into the diet. This morning it was bad. I was getting a stuffy nose so I took an Actifed and went to bed (I work at night). For the first since being on the diet I slept like a baby. Woke up in the afternoon and felt great! Probably had nothing to do with the Actifed but seemed interesting when I read that Benadryl worked for you.

i'll have to try this benedryl...although sometimes I feel like I have 4 stomachs.....
