  • Is it ok to alter this recipe?

Ok.. if I change this recipe for zucchini alfredo chicken and use Broccoli instead of the zucchini, would it still be induction friendly? I am just a bigger broccoli fan than zucchini. Seems to me like eating all the goodies, except the noodles. Thanks in advanced.

Make sure it's a full fat cheese...there are lots of low fat grated cheeses to be careful to avoid.

You can substitute any Induction veggie for another Induction veggie. If you don't like zucchini but like asparagus or green beans, you could use them.

Just be aware that veggies have different carb counts, so you'll need to take that into account when you count your carbs.
