  • need something crunchy idea? got one

    I put about 10 peperonni slices on a napkin and micro it for 100.. almost all the grease cooks out and you are left with crunchy chip like peperonni... good luck

      I don't have a sweet tooth - salty crunchy snacks are my weakness - and this fits the bill very nicely.

        cheddar cheese chips are one of my favourites (microwaved cheddar cheese)

          You can do the same thing in larger quantities in the oven. I tend to make them up, and then ziplock them for storage until later. They're very good crisped up and then out of the fridge. I don't know, maybe I just like them cold. But I do agree, crispy pepperoni rocks...just be careful about the whole nitrites and hidden sugar thing, and the amount of salt contained therein.

            oh I couldn“t do that I would eat them all haha... how do you count them.. one carb?
