    OK well I am calling a do over!

    I am here fresh off the excuse wagon. Yes it was my son and husband's birthday on Thursday the 9th. Here we are on Saturday. I am lame lame lame. I ate bad things. Very bad things. I am about to start TOM at any minute.

    I think I was eating too much fat and not enough carbs. Also, I think the mock danish I made definately was not the right thing to do. I loved it. But the problem is that it was a trigger.

    I wanted to eat it all day long. TOM wickedness from within was calling. I was thinking I could get away without tracking my food intake. Wrong. I need to get a handle on this. There really is a formula. I am going to admit, I don't have it in me to track all my food everyday, forever. But I think to learn, I will. I need to learn the proper way to be an atkineer.

    (Or I will never make it out of 14 day inductionville!)

    So here I go again. DO OVER!

    Welcome back.
    You'll be much better prepared now because you already have had the "test drive"
    I need tracking too. It keeps me in line. Without it I get lost.
