I'm comming up on a month of Atkins and doing great. To cope with losing the comfort foods in life I find I am spending a lot of time in the candle section at the store. I have never been drawn to candles like this before but I seem to search for the most tasty smelling one I can find and take it in. Do you do this too?

Re: My new addiction
Hmm, I get it...I've started using the candles I have at home, mostly cause it makes me feel pampered.
In related olfactory news, my boyfriend got himself pizza for dinner last night, and I could smell it so well...it *smelled* delicious, but the thought of *eating* it and undoing all my hard work was repulsive! I experienced about 1/2 second of an urge to eat it, and then, that was just gone, and I could just appreciate how good it smelled.Mini Goal #1: 155 lbs -- BW pedicure

Re: My new addiction
Yeah i love candles too .. i think its partly because we have to find new hobbies .. on the weekends i used to go to the store, buy a bunch of stuff to make cookies, come home , make the cookies, and then eat em all up .. that was a fun day for me . (lol wow what a loser? or should i say gainer hehe) Now i paint more, read more, we take the dog to the park more, go shopping more ........ Once i put the fork down, i was able to pick up alot of other things ... better things
