I have found a tea called Bonkers- anyone else use it? It's an appetite supressing tea that has no carbs in it (or less than 1g in some flavors) and it's yummy and keeps my hunger under control (Am I crazy or do I not fill up the same way when I eat because I'm not eating any fillers??). I am just wondering if anyone else uses it or if anyone knew any reason not to use it?
I have also developed an appreciation for turkey burgers. red meat gives me heart burn (i sound like my grandmother!
