Re: ok looking at labels today I see that eggs
Typically an egg has 0.6 carbs. You can use Fitday to track your food - it gives you the number of calories, fat, carbs, protein, percentages, etc. on almost any food. Here's the link to the website:
The carbs in eggs are net carbs (i.e. the fiber content is 0), so you should be counting them towards your daily 20 g.
There is no limit on the eggs. However, keep in mind that most of your carbs should come from veggies. So you can't eat something like 10 eggs per day.
But as long as you have your 3 cups of veggies (2 salad, 1 other) and stay under 20 net carbs, you can eat as many eggs as you want.

Like Georgia said... carbs in eggs are .6 per egg... Just make sure that you get your vegetables they are the most important part of Atkins. As long as your carbs are between 15-20 a day then eat every egg that you can if you want. I love eggs!
