    May seem a daft one

Is it possible to freeze or preserve cream somehow?

I always buy the smallest container available of whipping cream however its just me eating it(partner does SB) ..I get 1/4 of the way down and its gotta be thrown. 2-3 days tops on it, half and half lasts 7 days..but isnt worth it..when you can have lovely cream

Any solution to this?.. isnt a big deal but throwing away 80p of cream every 2 days will get pricey!

    Thanks in advance

Once opened, thats it! I do the same, have to throw it but I still think its worth it for those creamy additions!!!

If you can get rock salt you can make ice cream with your whipping cream in plastic bags.

Use splenda as your sweetener and you can put away frozen treats. We always made ice cream with the cow cream when we had cows, and it is incredible. You could sit and put a towel in front of you and toss this around while watching TV.
