  • Maybe a small victory to some...

Today, is my second day of re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-induction (probably more than that)

This is special because it is the first time I've made it through the first 24 hours!!!! I've re-started countless times between last month and this one, and have barely been able to make it through lunch. Then, I wasn't able to make it through dinner. This time, I have sworn to do a clean induction - no sweeteners, no lunch meats, no atkins products, WATER WATER WATER and good healthy veggies!! Oh yeah, and lots of fatty protein

I am proud of battling my cravings this time and not telling myself that one meal is ok, I can always re-start tomorrow. And I shouldn't feel guilty about that because at least I have good intentions. And today, I feel better than the day after I cheated on the first day. Like I conquered something. MY PSYCHO!!!! LoL

Anyway, thanks for letting me share my small victory!!

Congrats, I know sometimes it can be really hard to give ourselves the strict "talking to" that we need. Keep telling yourself how wonderful it will be to actually follow through and be skinnier in the process. Good luck! We are all in this together!

Well done...congratulations!!!! Keep it up, I know you can do it! Remember to drink lots of water...that will help flush things out much faster as well.

Each day gets easier and easier and the benefits of having a clean Induction out weigh our thoughts of just having a little of this or that which we should be avoiding.

Another way to help out is make sure your kitchen is well stocked with the food you can safely eat and get rid of all the other stuff you shouldn't be eating.....that way you're not tempted and if you feel like having something, you can snack safely on what you should be eating and continue in your clean Induction.

Keep reminding yourself, this is your way of life now and that you're going to make good decisions.....you can do it...I know you can!

              Hehe.. thanks ladies.

I just have to remember how much better I feel on day two of induction than I do after day one of induction and messing it up

              I love this board!
