I'm kind of worry.
I started my diet last sunday, since that moment on, I have been very loyal to the idea of not consuming more than 20g of carbs. On Tuesday I check my weight and I was 174.8,
then I wait till friday ( my 6 day) to check if there was any changes. It was very frustrating I weight 174.0.
It is that normal? I was expecting something more drastic. The truth is that was the reason for me to choose this diet.
Ohh, I did workout the first three days.

I would like you to give me any advice.
