Hi i'm new...well I joined a long time ago when I did Atkins the first time (so long ago I didn't even know I had registered until the computer told me!), but i'm back for good now.
I've just completed week 1 of induction and I am 3lbs down - some people wouldn't be happy with that but I am, i'm just so pleased to see the scale move! I am *so* determined to reach goal this time, no messing, no sabateurs (well meaning friends and mum) and my fiancee is behind me 100% as he knows how much I want this.
I had a little near-miss on saturday after a horrible fried breakfast at a cafe which made me feel ill, we went to a pub for a drink after, and I nearly ate the biscotti that came with my coffee, but my fiancee made me see sense, and why I started in the first place, (and threw it into the fireplace in the pub, haha!) and my feet stayed firmly on the wagon!
I'm going to try and exercise more this week, this w.o.e is so easy though and my appetite and snacking habits have dissapeared! I didn't want any dinner last night, just had a couple of ham roll ups, tonight i'm a bit more peckish so i'm going to have steak and mashed cauliflower with butter and cheese (had tuna salad for lunch) mmm!
So here's to the future and being able to post my before and after pictures, i'm not giving up, this is it now!
