          Great start, Tammy!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Well done Tammy! Terrific start. Every cheat free day makes every following day that much easier to remain cheat free, if that makes sense. It's a win-win situation

                Hi Tam,
That's wonderful! I'm on day 4 but am very tired. Any suggestions to ward off this heavy fatigue?

Probably induction flue Bisou. Take it easy and drink plenty of water, it will pass soon. Probably by tomorrow.
