  • Ugh! Up a pound

    I'm sure it's because I ate too much salt yesterday. Had some salami at lunch, and war wonton soup (ordered special: pork, chicken and shrimp in chicken broth) last night.

    I know it's not the worst thing that's ever happened, but DANG!

    Note to self...cut down on salt intake!

    I'll bet if you drink lots of water today and eat well that extra pound will be gone in the morning x

      I know that it's frustrating seeing the scale go up rather that down,but it's just a pound and i'm pretty sure that you'll lose it by tomorrow,good luck keep us posted
